A Personal Profile

In my life, challenge and change is my mantra. I spent many years in the theatre as an actress, a chef who owned my own restaurants, and teaching/tutoring students. I have a beautiful daughter, who attends college, and I live with a wonderful partner. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, reading, walking, writing, and swimming. My personal philosophy is, "that one must love what he/she is doing," especially in work, love, passion, and health. Learning new experiences should always be part of the challenge, and change should never be fearful.
